Nursing training with completion, authorization to use the professional title "nurse" or "health and nursing care professional" or "geriatric nurse", nursing specialist
Your tasks
Participation in ensuring holistic care in line with the objectives of the rehabilitation measure.
Compliance with quality of care.
Identifying and recording patient needs and creating care plans.
Informing the patient about the procedure for carrying out nursing procedures.
Involving the patient in their care.
Document and report on the effects of nursing interventions and the patient's situation.
Conducting conscientious patient observation and correctly forwarding any abnormalities, including documentation.
Making changes to care as necessary, after consultation with the medical staff.
Promoting the patient's independence while taking the rehabilitation goal into account.
Professional execution of medical orders.
Support and assistance in the preparation and execution of diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical orders.
Compliance with regulations when administering medicines.
Participation in medical visits upon request.
Concerns about patient safety.
Compliance with applicable hygiene regulations.
Compliance with the duty of confidentiality and data protection aspects.
Archiving of findings in the patient record.
Accompanying patients during transport.
