Psychological diagnostics

General treatment options

The psychological therapies are conducted on a behavioral therapy basis.
The main focus is on stress management and pain management training within the framework of orthopedic rehabilitation.

The main task of the psychological department – besides providing support in coping with illness – consists primarily of motivational work to optimize lifestyle, adapted to the respective clinical picture.

Both individual therapy and thematic and problem-oriented group therapy are used, predominantly based on behavioral therapy principles and in small groups.
